SERVICE 1: Commercial Fit-Out Photography
High-specification photography of completed and near-complete commercial interiors — CAT A and CAT B office fit-outs, hospitality and retail interiors, healthcare, education, and mixed-use commercial spaces.
Every shoot is planned around the specific use case: tender submission imagery is framed differently to award photography, which is framed differently to social media content. You brief me on the objective and I deliver accordingly.
SERVICE 2: Construction and Site Progress Documentation
A structured photography programme covering your project from ground break to handover. Regular site visits at agreed intervals — weekly, fortnightly, or monthly — building a permanent visual record of your project that supports investor reporting, client updates, and retrospective case studies.
Progress documentation becomes one of your most powerful BD assets: a time-stamped visual record of how you build, how you manage, and what you deliver.
SERVICE 3: IAA-Licensed Drone Photography & Videography
As a licensed commercial drone operator with the Irish Aviation Authority, I provide aerial photography and videography across active and completed construction sites in Ireland.
Drone operations are included in every retainer visit at no additional charge. For standalone drone commissions, I handle all airspace notifications, permissions, and safety coordination.
The result: site context, scale, and progress captured from the air, in a single efficient visit alongside ground-level photography.
SERVICE 4: Corporate and Project Video
Project handover walkthroughs for client presentations and investor updates. Site progress reels for LinkedIn and social. Corporate brand films for tenders, award submissions, and websites. Award entry videos to support ICSA, RIAI, and fit-out award entries.
All video is planned, directed, and edited by Ailbe Collins — no subcontractors. Delivered in web-ready and broadcast-quality formats with agreed upon commercial rights.
HOW WE WORK: The Retainer Model
Most of my clients work with me on a monthly retainer — a fixed monthly fee that provides two site visits, up to 40 images per visit, and priority access to my diary throughout the year.
For companies running three or more active projects simultaneously, the retainer is more cost-effective than booking ad hoc and guarantees you are never without a photographer at a critical handover.
For smaller project volumes or one-off commissions, I also work on a per-project basis.
